Ingrid Checkout is a delivery selection module that integrates into the checkout page to present a selection of delivery method alternatives. This means all setup regarding “delivery methods” will be done through Ingrid's portal instead of Back Office which allows using multiple service providers without needing to have an integration towards them.
Based on a given ZIP code (and potentially the weight/dimension of a cart), the customer will be presented with a selection of delivery methods. Some of these alternatives allow further selections, for example, when selecting delivery to a delivery point/delivery office, the user is presented another choice for selecting a specific drop location. Also, some further delivery add-ons can be available, such as present wrapping, leaving at the step, or carrying in the goods which can add an additional price to the total carriage fee.

How to start?
To be able to start using Ingrid with Viskan, you need to have a signed contract with Ingrid.

What is included?
The current implementation requires an external TA (This should be implemented in the future).
The current implementation does not support multi-parcel deliveries (We only use the first delivery group from Ingrid and use “Single shipment”).
Ingrid allows some special rules that consider vouchers, item volume, dimension, etc. If you are going to use this, please ensure it works in the stage before promising anything to the customer!
Current implementation does not allow using separate shipping address with KCO (KSA and IngridV2 should be mutually exclusive).
