"Remarketing" is a Viskan product and an effective advertising method that aims to engage an audience that has already interacted with your brand, such as visiting your website. In simple words, you want to be able to remind your customer to come back and hopefully complete the purchase." Reconnect with your customers on their special day and keep your brand top of mind.
With Wiskan's remarketing module, email and SMS messages are generated for customers who have added products to their shopping cart but left the site without completing their purchase. The prerequisite for this to occur is that the visitor has been identified in order to link them to an email address and mobile number. Once identification is established, emails are sent with the message of your choice, along with the products still in the cart and available in stock. The module includes built-in A/B testing, allowing you to determine the most optimal time, after an incomplete purchase, to successfully re-engage the customer and encourage conversion. It's also possible to implement a popup with a Call to Action (CTA) when the visitor is about to leave the browser with items in the shopping cart.

The visitor is a returning customer using the same device. In this case, you need to include in your terms of purchase that you save a reference to the customer's email on this device.
Manual login, for example, through 'My Pages.' The customer subscribes to the newsletter when abandoning a shopping cart. The visitor has previously subscribed to the newsletter on the same device. We save a reference to the customer's email as a cookie or equivalent.
It is crucial to include in your terms of purchase and/or privacy policies the data you store, the purpose, and how you will use the customer's information in order to utilize these features.
Birthday wish remarketing involves businesses reaching out to customers on their birthdays with personalized messages, offers, or promotions. This tactic aims to strengthen the customer-brand relationship, increase customer loyalty, and encourage additional purchases or engagement with the brand. By acknowledging and celebrating the customer's special day, businesses can create positive associations and foster a sense of appreciation and goodwill

What is included?
Viskan's remarketing module consists of four different parts:
Abandoned Cart: You receive an email alerting you that you have 'forgotten items in your shopping cart.'
Birthday Greetings: Acknowledge existing customers with a pleasant message or offer on their birthday.
We Miss You: An email is triggered when an existing customer hasn't made a purchase after x number of days (as you choose), where you craft a message aimed at enticing the customer back.
Back in Stock: You reach out to the customer to inform them that the product they were interested in is now back in stock.
