Ratings and reviews are a rapidly growing trend in e-commerce, and more and more people are demanding a reliable and smooth function for this. With Lipscore, you can measure what customers think about your products, even at the brand or category level. You can measure customer satisfaction in connection with the online shopping experience as well as in each individual store. By showing what other customers think about the product, you usually reduce the number of returns. It also provides you with unique insights that you can use, for example, to develop your product range.

To give a review of a product, the customer needs to have purchased the product, meaning it’s a true rating. Only real reviews with an actual customer with full name can be published with Lipscore, you can’t fake a review.

When the customer has decided to make a review, Lipscore will redirect to the merchant site which results in driving more traffic. Customizable to fit into the merchant's site design and feel.

Each installation is highly variable depending on what the customer wants; which widgets, where they should be placed, and whether they want purchase data from already completed transactions.
