Allow Viskan to automatically connect to your bank and retrieve payments from your customers, read them, and link them to issued invoices. Everything is done without manual labor and works regardless of whether your staff is on leave, sick, or otherwise unavailable. If there are any discrepancies, they will be notified, but otherwise, the invoice will be automatically accounted for.

Monthly fee: 1100 SEK/ 110 EUR month
How to start?
* You need to arrange with the bank to allow Viskan to retrieve OCR files via a secure FTP (sFTP). The bank will then provide you with the connection details, which Viskan will use to configure and initiate the automation.
Viskan will then daily read all new payments and match them against invoices.
What is included?
The system can be configured to fetch files from the bank and to automatically import the files. Some processes require file export, which can also be set up.
