A convenient and flexible way for customers to pick up their order in store.


Viskan has noticed that about 40-50% of customers choose to pick up their order in a physical store if there is an option at the checkout.


The advantages are that it leads to higher customer satisfaction. Good value due to the fact that it is usually free of shipping. You will get the customer into the store, which can lead to additional sales.


With click & collect, you get a smooth and automated in-store pickup of orders placed online. Pick & pack means the store picks your click & collect order in-store for extra-fast service.


Viskan Backoffice keeps track of when the order is packed, arrived at the store, if there are delays or an order is sent to the wrong store. Using automated communication the customer is kept informed during delivery.


Instore pickup - Arrival

When the package arrives at the store.

Scan parcel number and then possible stock location.


Instore pickup - Collect

When the customer comes to pick up their goods.

Identify the customer, or the representative of the customer.

Monthly fee Instore solution: 6295 SEK


Click & collect: 2,60 SEK pr parcel incl one SMS/Text (one sms consists of 160 characters).

How to start?


No integrations are required against the store and cash register system. All that is needed is a web browser.
