Data Collection: Klaviyo integrates with Viskan to collect customer data, including purchase history, browsing behavior, demographics, and more. It also allows you to import data from other sources like CRM systems or CSV files.

Segmentation: Once the data is collected, Klaviyo enables you to segment your audience based on various criteria such as demographics, purchase behavior, engagement level, and interests. This segmentation allows you to target specific groups of customers with tailored marketing messages.

Email Marketing: Klaviyo offers a robust email marketing platform that allows you to create and send personalized email campaigns to your segmented audience. You can design custom email templates, automate email flows (such as welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, or post-purchase follow-ups), and analyze email performance metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

SMS Marketing: In addition to email marketing, Klaviyo also supports SMS marketing, allowing you to send text messages to your customers for promotions, order updates, and more.

Automation: Klaviyo's automation features enable you to set up workflows that trigger based on customer actions or events.
