One-stop-shop, order form, landing page, campaign site could all be variants of Streamline Express - a very easy way to accept purchases and subscribers.
You create a simple web page with an HTML form, Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal or other site that post the purchase to Viskan by Streamline Express services.
Viskan will attempt to match the customer data to an existing customer and then store the order or subscription as usual.
Benefits
There are a lot of benefits with Viskan’s Streamline Express service.
- Less administration - it’s a fully automated purchase flow (compared to importing the purchases by file or manually adding them in Viskan you will save a lot of time).
- Automated duplicate check - when a purchase is made, Viskan automatically tries to match sent customer information with existing customers in Viskan. If a match was found, Viskan places the new purchase on the current customer (instead of creating a duplicate).
- Business rules used when controlling purchases placed in eStore are applied here as well, like checking for blocked customers, previously unpaid invoices, that purchased articles are in stock etc.
- Less information for the lead supplier to supply, and by that less hassle with incorrect data sent from supplier since a lot can be pre configured in Viskan (like subscription type, campaign, seller etc).
- In some cases it’s even possible to follow up on incomplete purchases, for example if you offer VISA and the customer has forgotten their card, you redirect the customer afterwards into your eStore by using Viskan’s Remarket function for abandoned shopcarts.
